Returns and Refunds for Crochet
My crochet projects are one of a kind, as they are each individually handmade. That being said, they can be semi-fragile.
If your crochet purchase arrives damaged, please take pictures and reach out to me within three business days. My contact information is on my website. Most damages are minor and reparable. I would be happy to repair the item for you and send it back at no cost to you. If you do not want a repair to be done, then 25% of the item's cost in store (not including tax or shipping) will be refunded to you.
If any minor issues occur within 14 days of your purchase (e.g. an eye falls off, an arm becomes detached, etc.), then the same information above applies. I can repair the item and send it back at no cost to you, or you can receive a refund of 25% of the item's cost in store (not including tax or shipping). Minor issues do not include major damage, such as a crochet plushie being torn up in multiple places by pets or children.
I do not accept returns on crochet purchases. A refund is only issued in the instances above. A refund will not be issued if you decide that you do not want or like your purchase. No crocheted item is perfect, and my pictures are clear on what you are receiving.
Returns and Refunds for Stickers
Returns on stickers will not be accepted. If a sticker arrives damaged, please take pictures and reach out to me within three business days. My contact information is on my website. After reviewing your pictures and confirming that the damage happened during transit, a refund will be issued. If you do not reach out within the specified time frame, a refund will not be granted.
Refunds for Large Orders After Shipping
If you have a large order that is more than $50 and you request a refund after the order ships, that refund will not be granted. Unfortunately, this is a common method for scammers, and in order to protect myself and fight back, there are no refunds for large orders that have been shipped. If you have an individual item that is damaged that you need assistance with, please see the policies above, as those will apply.
