Crochet Exchanges & Returns

If your item arrives and is not to your liking
- You can request a return within 3 days of receipt of the item. Shipping to return the item will be paid by you.
- You can request an exchange within 3 days of receipt of the item if I have another of the same item in stock. Shipping to return the item and ship the new one will be paid by you.
All exchanged and returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

Crochet Refunds

For items damaged during transit, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item with a photo of the damage.
If I have another of the same item in stock, you can choose to have a new item shipped as a replacement or to receive a refund.
- No refund will be issued if the item is replaced.

Sticker Exchanges & Returns

Sticker Refunds

For stickers damaged during transit, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the sticker with a photo of the damage
If I have another of the same sticker in stock, you can choose to have a new one shipped as a replacement or to receive a refund.
- No refund will be issued if the item is replaced.

Orders Shipped to the Wrong Address

Your order will be shipped to the address used during checkout. If your shipping address needs to be changed after checkout, then you must cancel your order and place a new one. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Change of Heart After Order Ships

If you decide you no longer want your order after it has shipped, and it contains more than stickers only, a return can be requested once you have received the order. Any return requests before receipt of the order will be denied.
The order must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be returned in its entirety.
- Once I have received the order, if it meets this criteria, a refund will be issued.
Shipping to return the order will be paid by you.
